Construction Clean-Up Specialist, Inc. (CCS) was founded in 1974 and incorporated in the State of Georgia in 1984. A second-generation, female-owned business, CCS has proudly built its legacy on integrity, craftsmanship, and a commitment to excellence for over three decades.

We deliver superior construction cleaning services by anticipating our clients’ evolving needs and consistently exceeding expectations. 

Our greatest asset is our workforce. CCS employs a dedicated team of highly qualified professionals with a strong work ethic. We do not use temporary or contract labor—every member of our team is a trusted CCS employee.

Safety is a core value of our organization. We comply with all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and conduct weekly safety meetings. All employees maintain a minimum of OSHA 10 certification, foremen hold OSHA 30 certification, and many team members are certified in OSHA 8-Hour Fall Protection and Competent Person training, including lift operations and platform scaffolding.
