Stephen Collins

Stephen Collins is the Founder and CEO of Black Shirt Inc, an online consultancy offering full stack development services. Stephen has also worked as a Principal Developer/Designer for Construction Equipment Guide and as a Graphic Designer/Asst. Production Manager for four bi-weekly newspapers. Previously, Stephen founded Stephen Collins Design, a design studio in West Norriton. Stephen has a degree in Illustration, Design, Painting, and History from Montgomery County Community College.
