Construction Futures was formed as Bill wanted a more laser beam focus on offering a personal and exceptional service to those people and companies that he feels he can best help, without the distractions that running a large company often bring.  There is also a work, life balance angle here.  Bill wanted to be more nimble, spend a similar time working, but work when he wants to.  Now with less people to support and manage, less time travelling, he can spend more time enjoying life, helping people recruit and find new jobs, and be with family and friends more.
