Othmane Bouftini

Othmane Bouftini is an experienced HSE professional with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management. Currently serving as Responsable HSE at Construction Management Services for the Dakhla Water Energy Company and the AFTISSAT 2 wind power project, Othmane has previously held HSE supervisory roles at TAQA and STFA Construction Group. With expertise in renewable energy projects, Othmane has also managed HSE for solar power plants at Andad Sarl. Additional experience includes electrical supervision and instrumentation technician roles in various companies. Othmane holds a Professional Bachelor’s degree in quality, hygiene, safety, environment, and sustainable development from the American University, alongside a degree in electrical engineering from the Institut spécialisé de technologie Appliquée and an IOSH Managing Safety certification.
