Jacob Krum

Jacob Krum is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Director of Construction at Construction One, Inc. since May 2016, where Jacob has also held positions as Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as a Construction Estimator at Northlawn Construction Services from December 2013 to May 2016, where responsibilities included developing pricing estimates and coordinating materials for residential projects. Jacob began their career as a Landscape Foreman/Laborer at Dean Landscape Construction, designing and installing hardscapes while managing crews to meet project deadlines. Early work experience includes a role as a Package Handler at FedEx Ground. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Systems Management from The Ohio State University, completed in 2013.
