Construction Youth Trust is a forward-thinking charity whose mission is to help young people reach their full potential and take their first steps towards a rewarding working life. Working alongside our industry partners, we identify real pathways into employment for young people and prepare them for the world of work. We support young people to build their skills and confidence and connect them with opportunities and employers aligned with their abilities and interests. 

Social mobility is at the heart of our work and we prioritise supporting those young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, under-represented groups and those facing significant barriers to employment. We help young people recognise their potential and discover opportunities that have never previously been presented to them.
