Constructional Solutions supports NDIS participants, providers, behaviour support teams, and human service organisations to build the skills, routines, and systems needed for outcomes that matter.

We use a constructional approach. That means we start by asking what needs to be built so that safety, stability, and quality of life become possible and sustainable. We focus on strengthening capability, not just reducing problems.

Our work spans four areas:

Consultation
We help organisations improve consistency, lift quality, and strengthen systems. This includes designing prompts, tools, coaching supports, and routines that shape everyday practice across teams and sites.

Training and Development
We offer structured workshops and custom learning programs that build real practice skills. Training is designed around what people need to do, not just what they need to know.

Supervision
We provide tailored supervision for behaviour support practitioners, BCBAs, CBAs, and supervisors. We focus on structured learning, feedback on key outputs, and real-world decision making. Group and individual options are available.

Specialist Behaviour Support
We work alongside participants, families, and support teams to build meaningful routines and reduce reliance on restrictive practices. Our focus is on expanding skills and options in everyday life.

Constructional Solutions is led by Dr John Wooderson (PhD, BCBA-D) and Oliver Roschke (MA, BCBA, CBA), combining deep expertise across behaviour analysis, organisational performance, and restraint reduction.
