Wafa Lenseclaes is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in legal affairs and social dialogue within various organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Constructiv since August 2020, Wafa's previous roles include HR Manager Benelux at bofrost* and Manager Social Affairs - HR at Inditex. With a comprehensive skill set that includes strategic advisory, HR project implementation, and legal support, Wafa has held multiple HR-related positions at Orpea Belgium and Familiehulp, among others.
