Constructiv is een dienstverlenende organisatie voor de bouwsector. Het beheer ervan valt onder het Paritair Comité voor het Bouwbedrijf (PC 124). Daarin zijn zowel de werkgeversorganisaties van de bouw (Confederatie Bouw, Bouwunie en FeMa) als de werknemersorganisaties (ACV-BIE, AC-ABVV en ACLVB) vertegenwoordigd.
