Constructive Collaboration (CC) helps multi-partner groups develop and refine holistic organisational strategies, and provides evidence-based solutions that enable project and programme teams to improve their collaborative efficiency.

In its strategic role, CC typically works with large, multi-company organisations delivering large infrastructure projects or programmes of work. Its highly illustrative approach helps groups to visualise and optimise their management structures and processes. With a clear picture of how they could optimise their organisation, enterprises can then also plan their evolution through the different phases of their infrastructure delivery life cycle.

CC’s organisational expertise has been refined through successful engagements with infrastructure groups delivering significant UK programmes including Southern Renewals Enterprise (rail), Lower Thames Crossing (highways), Sellafield PPP (nuclear), National Grid (energy), water companies and others.

In addition, CC provides dynamic, evidence-based solutions that enable project and programme teams to drive their collective self-improvement. The unique CC process combines digital tools with people processes to enable teams to measure and visualise the status of their collaborative environment.

The process helps team to efficiently engage and then pinpoint and agree where and how they wish to improve and so deliver better outcomes. It has delivered collaboration services to Heathrow Airport, Anglian Water, Network Rail, HS2, Gatwick Station, and the Social Value Portal, among others, with project values ranging from £20m to £7.5bn.
