Audrey Silver is an experienced professional in the underwriting and credit policy fields, currently serving as the Manager of Credit Policy and Portfolio at Constructive Capital since January 2025. Prior to this role, Audrey worked as a Senior Non-QM Underwriter at Kind Lending for a brief period and held the position of Underwriter IV at Emporium TPO. Audrey's extensive background includes various roles at Aureus Finance Group, WestGen Lending, LoanStream Mortgage, Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions, and over a decade at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where expertise in complex scenarios and high-value loans was demonstrated. Audrey has consistently developed training materials, handled intricate underwriting tasks, and maintained compliance with investor guidelines throughout the career. Audrey holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Saint Paul College.
