Olga Kornienko

Olga Kornienko is the Head of Student Acquisition and Talent Recruitment at Constructor Knowledge, where they lead global initiatives aimed at aligning enrollment goals through various student programs. Previously, they served as the Global Education Manager at Acronis, overseeing educational activities for underserved communities, and as Director of Pre-University Education at Innopolis University, where they implemented strategies for educational projects. Olga also held the role of Senior Project Manager at Unium, building and managing a customer service department, and began their career as a Business Analyst at BearingPoint. They earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and completed the Future Leaders Program in Business Administration at IMD.
