Oznur Bell

Oznur Bell currently serves as Chancellor and Executive Board Member at Constructor University since June 2022, while also holding the position of Chief Executive Officer at Constructor Knowledge since July 2023. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Constructor Group from August 2022 to June 2023, Advisor to the President and Director at Bahcesehir University from June 2020 to June 2022, and Director of Marketing & Public Relations at DOGA OKULLARI from November 2018 to June 2020. Oznur Bell was the Founder and General Manager of İTÜ ETA Vakfı Doğa Koleji from August 2013 to October 2018 and the Founder and General Manager at TEPE TOURISM from June 2005 to September 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Middle East Technical University and an ongoing Master's degree in Business Administration from Singapore Business School, expected to be completed in December 2023.
