Aisha has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. In their earliest role, they were an Education Coordinator at SE1 UNITED. Aisha then moved on to become the Head of English at ACC English, where they managed the English department of a small international training school and developed the outward mobility programme. In 2015, Aisha worked as a Programme Manager at PROPTAR UK LIMITED, where they organized panel discussions and workshops, facilitated employment opportunities, and connected creative professionals with young people trying to break into the creative industries of music, fashion and film. Aisha also worked as a National Events Assistant at the Crossroads Centre, where they organised a sexual health event to raise awareness about safe sex in China. In 2019, Aisha became an English Specialist at Etonkids Educational Group. In 2020, they were a Business Consultant and a Programme Officer at The Brilliant Club, where they delivered The Brilliant Tutoring Programme and managed a team of PhD tutors to deliver curriculum-focused content courses in schools. Aisha also worked as a Project Manager at Coin Street, where they managed an emergency Covid-19 distribution hub. Aisha currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Constructor.

Aisha has an extensive education history. Aisha began their studies in 2012, earning an International Politics degree from King's College London. In 2014, they also completed a course in Political Science and Government from The University of Hong Kong. In 2016, Aisha earned a Master's degree in Education and International Development from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society. Aisha then continued their studies at Chongqing University from 2017 to 2019, focusing on Chinese Language.
