Alicia Buckner

Alicia Buckner has held a variety of roles in the customer success and sales & marketing industries. Alicia began their career in 2004 as an Escrow Assistant at Mission Valley Escrow. In 2006, they moved to Lennar Homes as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator. In 2008, they joined ACTIVE Network as a Technical Account Manager. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Chatmeter as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and a Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Constructor.

Alicia Buckner attended San Diego State University from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
