Carolina Bhering

Carolina Bhering has an extensive work experience in the field of product management and engineering. Carolina began their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at DNV, where they analyzed various aspects of riser and pipeline projects. Carolina then joined MODEC, Inc. as a Digital & Analytics intern, where they worked on a predictive maintenance application using AI models. At Shape, Carolina served as a Product Owner, developing a risk management SaaS platform for offshore plants. Carolina then joined GeekHunter as a Product Owner and later transitioned to the role of Product Manager, leading internal and recruiter-facing platforms. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Constructor. Carolina has a strong background in technology and engineering, with experience in risk management, AI, and process optimization.

Carolina Bhering completed a program in Digital Product Leadership at Tera in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Carolina also participated in an academic exchange program in Mechanical Engineering at the University of South Carolina. In terms of certifications, they obtained the following: Professional Scrum Product Owner™ II (PSPO II) from Scrum.org in March 2022, Digital Product Leadership from Tera in November 2021, Product Masterclass: How to Build Digital Products from Product School in May 2021, Google Foundations of Project Management from Google in April 2021, and Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf in June 2020. Additionally, Carolina holds a Certificate in Advanced English (Grade A) from Cambridge Assessment English, and they achieved a high score of 118/120 on the TOEFL iBT, administered by ETS Global B.V.
