Elena Tachytskaya

Elena Tachytskaya has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Elena began their career in 2012 at Siemens Energy, where they worked as a Project Assistant and later as an HR Specialist. In 2015, Elena joined Saint-Petersburg State Politechnical University as an International Relations Coordinator while pursuing their master's studies. Elena then transitioned to JLL in 2016, taking on various HR roles such as Junior HR, HR Admin and Payroll Specialist, and Senior HR Specialist. At JLL, they managed HR administration for multiple legal entities across Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan, as well as supervised the payroll process and analyzed compensation and benefits costs. Their most recent work experience is with Constructor, where they started in 2021 as an HR Administrator and later progressed to the role of Head of HR Operations, EU. Elena currently holds the position of HR Operations Lead at Constructor.

Elena Tachytskaya obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University in the years 2010 to 2014. In 2012, they briefly studied as an exchange student at Saimaa University of Applied Sciences, focusing on Hospitality&Tourism. Elena then pursued a Master's degree in International Business from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University from 2014 to 2016.
