Esra Bayısın

Esra Bayısın has extensive work experience in the field of HR and psychology. Esra is currently working as an HR Generalist at Constructor since January 2023. Previously, from March 2022 to December 2022, they worked as an HR Generalist at Rapsodo, Inc. Esra also served as a Human Resources Assistant at Rapsodo, Inc. from September 2021 to February 2022.

In addition to their HR roles, Esra has experience as a Psychologist at Istanbul Basaksehir Cam and Sakura City Hospital in July 2021. Esra also worked as a Psychologist at Psikoaktif Therapy and Education Center from September 2020 to December 2020, and at Ema Psychological Counseling Center from June 2019 to September 2020.

Esra's earlier work experience includes serving as a Board Member at the University of Economics Psychology Club from October 2016 to June 2019. Esra also worked as a Research Assistant at Dokuz Eylul University in July 2018.

Esra Bayısın pursued their education in psychology, earning a Bachelor's degree from Izmir University of Economics from 2016 to 2019. Following that, they continued their academic journey at Ege University from 2019 to 2021, where they also obtained a Bachelor's degree, specializing in psychology.
