Laurent Dedenis has a strong background in executive roles, with extensive experience in the technology and software industry. Laurent is currently the CEO of Alemira Education, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they co-founded Chainstack in 2018 and served as CEO and Co-founder. Laurent also worked as the Chief Growth Officer at Acronis from 2016 to 2018. Before that, Laurent was the President of International Operations at Acumatica from 2014 to 2016. Laurent spent a significant portion of their career at Acronis, where they held various leadership positions, including President of Global Sales & Marketing from 2011 to 2014, Executive Vice President EMEA from 2007 to 2010, and Vice President Asia Pacific from 2004 to 2006. Laurent's earlier experience includes serving as the Vice President Asia at Microsoft Dynamics Solomon from 2001 to 2004 and as the General Manager, SEA at Solomon Software from 1997 to 2000.
From 1989 to 1994, Laurent Dedenis attended Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) where they pursued a DEA degree in Business Administration. Following this, from 1994 to 1996, they enrolled at the International University of America and obtained a PhD in Business Administration and Management.
