Gabe Draper

Gabe Draper has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Gabe began their career in 1992 as a Paper Boy for The Indianapolis Star and later worked as a Groundskeeper for SERVAAS LABORATORIES, INC. in 1995. Gabe then joined Sams club as a Cart Boy, successfully managing a large number of carts. Gabe also worked as a Server/Bartender at Johnny Carinos Italian from 2000 to 2004.

In 2003, Gabe had the opportunity to be part of the Advance Team at The White House for a year. Following this, they worked as a Property Manager at Johnson & Payne Investments from 2004 to 2006.

Gabe's entrepreneurial journey started in 2006 when they became the President/Owner of Draper Manufacturing, a contract manufacturer specializing in CNC machining and assembly. Gabe successfully managed the company until 2016.

In 2012, Gabe co-founded Factur and later moved on to co-found Constructur in 2021. Constructur helps companies in commercial construction and facility maintenance find new customers and grow revenue through lead generation, outsourced prospecting, and sales recruiting.

Additionally, Gabe joined EO Dallas in 2022 as a member to further expand their professional network and knowledge.

Gabe Draper attended Heritage Christian School from 1995 to 1999. In 1999, they briefly attended Purdue University but did not complete a degree. From 2000 to 2004, they studied at Baylor University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
