Jennifer Mitchell

Jennifer Mitchell has over 25 years of experience in the retail industry. Jennifer began their career in 1993 as an Assistant Buyer for Juniors & Petites at Rich's/Lazarus/Goldsmith's. Jennifer then moved to Uptons in 1997, where they held the roles of Buyer for Special Size Sportswear, Associate Buyer for Junior Denim, Twill and Related Separates, and Senior Asst Buyer for Watches & Jewelry. In 1999, they joined Macy's South as a Buyer for Juniors and Better Women's. After a brief stint at Swoozie's as a Senior Buyer for Gifts in 2006, they joined Macy's North as a Buyer for Juniors in 2007. In 2008, they moved to Target as a Global Sourcing Manager for Infant Basics, Bedding & Kids Sleepwear and Global Sourcing Manager for Women's. In 2012, they joined Fossil Group, Inc. as Vice President of Product Development, where they led a Product Development and Materials team of 50 and collaborated with overseas factories. Jennifer was also Senior Director of Outlet & Off-Price Strategy and Director of Global Planning for Leathers. In 2020, they became an Executive Advisor at Circle & Line and in 2021, they were appointed Vice President of Product at CONSUELA.

Jennifer Mitchell attended the University of Florida from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Journalism.
