Hussein Khalil

Hussein Khalil is a Certified Value Specialist and accomplished Design Manager with over 20 years of experience in value engineering, project management, and architectural design. They have successfully delivered complex, multi-million-dollar projects across the Middle East, including security facilities and luxury residential developments. Currently, Hussein serves as the Project Management Office (PMO) Leader at Consultancy Group, where they focus on optimizing project workflows and ensuring high-quality standards. They have held leadership roles at prominent firms, including Freyssinet Saudi Arabia and China Railway Construction Co., Ltd., where they managed large-scale projects and cross-functional teams. Hussein is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture from Helwan University Cairo.
