Andrew Henderson is an experienced architect with a diverse background in enterprise architecture and consultancy across public and private sectors. Currently serving as an Architect at Consultancy Plus since April 2023, Andrew focuses on public sector solution architecture for police services. With a long history at Chocolate Software Ltd since June 1996, Andrew has held the position of Director, leading enterprise architecture tools and automation development. Previous roles include enterprise architecture consultancy for police and fire services at Consultancy Plus and a CTO position at Surepharm Services Ltd, where Andrew oversaw digital transformation and established enterprise architecture frameworks. With additional experience at various organizations, including Surrey and Sussex Police and NHS Healthcare, Andrew possesses extensive expertise in strategic change, technology reviews, and bespoke software solutions.
