ConsultEarth is a growing community and marketplace of expertise in climate and sustainable development.

We connect organizations tackling climate change and sustainable development with the specialists who've done it before: vetted, matched, and ready to work. Wherever in the world they are.

For organizations: Describe what your assignment needs and we'll surface experts whose proven work matches it. Review qualified proposals in days, see track records up front, and talk to experts directly. Your terms of reference shouldn't take three months to reach the right people.

For experts: Build a verified profile, let your work speak, and get matched to assignments that fit your expertise, without relying on who you know or intermediaries who take a cut. We don't take a percentage of your fees. You earn what you quote.

ConsultEarth backs proven experts the old system overlooks, and gives newcomers a path to grow into the field through our knowledge hub.

Climate action and sustainable development deserve the best hands on deck. Find them here.
