Bill Salisbury

Bill Salisbury is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Consumer Cellular, Inc. since May 2021, Bill oversees multiple engineering teams and manages a diverse group of specialists including engineers, QA personnel, and Scrum Masters. Prior to this role, Bill was a Quality Assurance Manager at AltSource, where effective management during a corporate transition was pivotal. Bill's earlier tenure at AltSource included roles as Quality Assurance Lead and Quality Assurance Engineer, where significant contributions to department growth and process implementation were made. Previous experience also includes QA roles at Accuray, alongside writing and leadership positions in various other organizations. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
