Steve Loar

Steve Loar currently serves as the Senior Manager of Engineering at Consumer Cellular, Inc., since July 2023. Previously, Loar held the position of Director of Engineering at LINQ from September 2020 to February 2023, where leadership involved overseeing the software engineering department for State Nutrition, managing a significant team, and achieving a 98% employee retention rate. Prior to LINQ, Loar was the Director of Product Development and IT at Colyar Technology Solutions from July 2018 to September 2020, providing technical leadership and driving product design and implementation. Earlier in the career, Loar also served as the Director of Product Development and IT at Watts and Associates, Inc., from October 2004 to July 2018, working as a Full Stack .Net Developer. Educational qualifications include a Technical Degree in Automatic Tracking Radar from the Community College of the Air Force and a degree from Walla Walla University.
