David Lyons

David Lyons possesses extensive experience in financial management, operations, and public relations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Property Manager at Carrollton Court Shoppes since April 2005, responsibilities include tenant relations, billing, collections, leasing, and marketing. Concurrently, David works as a collector at Consumer Portfolio Services. Previous roles include Department Manager at Walgreens, Security Officer at Silbar Security, and Director of Public Relations for the Lions of Virginia Bland Music Scholarship Foundation. Additionally, David has held leadership positions with the Smithfield Lions Club and worked as a Police Officer with the Peninsula Airport Commission, focusing on law enforcement and emergency response. David holds a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University.
