Summer P.

Summer P. has a diverse work experience in various organizations and positions. Summer worked as an Associate Director of DEI Programs at Consumer Reports from January 2023. Previously, they were a Lead Trainer and Race Equity Specialist at Narrative 4, where they provided training and mentoring for corporate teams and community organizations. Summer also developed relationships with partner organizations and generated new business caseloads. Summer was a Cru Member at The Cru starting in September 2022. At Quinnipiac University, Summer served as an Instructor, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, facilitating workshops and mentoring early career professionals. Summer was also a Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Talcott Financial Group, and a Senior Coach and ERG Co-Lead at Noom Inc., where they engaged clients, produced coaching resources, and supported new leaders. Additionally, Summer was a Director of Implementation at AIR Institute, leading a statewide pilot program and facilitating workshops. Summer started their career as a Director of Outdoor Learning at the Ministry of Education in Abu Dhabi from August 2011 to May 2017.

Summer P. has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Pennsylvania. Summer also holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the University of St. Thomas (TX).
