Shimrit Kalay, CPA currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Consumer Physics, Inc. (SCiO) and holds the title of VP Finance and Controller at Dialogic. With a background as a Senior Auditor at PWC, Shimrit has extensive experience working with Hi-Tech companies, multinational corporations, SEC registrants, and VC's providing financial services in the areas of audit, tax, and business consulting. Shimrit earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting and Economics from The Hebrew University.
