Yahav Dagan

Yahav Dagan currently serves as the VP of Customer Success at Oktopost since May 2022 and also encompasses the roles of CSM Mentor & Lecturer at SixFigures since September 2022. Previously, Yahav held the position of VP of Customer Success and Head of Customer Success at ThriveDX SaaS from January 2021 to May 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Namogoo from April 2019 to January 2021, and Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at SimilarWeb from March 2017 to April 2019. Yahav's career began at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as Senior Account Manager from May 2015 to March 2017, followed by a role as Account Manager SMB at HP from May 2013 to May 2015. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and completion of the HP Sales University international sales program for engineers in the IT sector. A solid foundation in technology and mathematics was established at Handesaim High School for Technology.
