Eric Capps

Eric Capps is a seasoned professional in talent and change management, currently serving as a Talent Management Consultant at Consumers Energy since April 2021. Earlier roles at Consumers Energy included Enterprise Change Consultant and Change Management Specialist. Prior experience includes a position as Change Manager at Tech Mahindra, where key contributions involved facilitating a transition for Jackson National Life Insurance and enhancing reporting processes. Eric Capps also worked at Jackson from April 2012 to December 2019 in various change management roles, including as a Lean Management Change Agent. Eric Capps began their career as Owner/Operator of Everclear Window Co. from February 2000 to November 2011.
