Daniela Coragem

Daniela Coragem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Head de Operações e Customer Experience at Contabilizei since January 2022, Daniela previously held senior management positions at Grupo Big - Brasil and Via Varejo SA, focusing on planning and operations. An educational background includes an MBA from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, a specialization in Business Administration for Executives from FGV, and studies in English at ILSC - Canadá. Daniela also possesses a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from FEI and completed a second MBA at the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2023.
