Markus Helmle

Markus Helmle is a seasoned professional in M&A and private equity, currently serving as Head of M&A at Contabo. With extensive experience leading over 20 M&A transactions across various roles, Markus has held positions at JRS, Cloudflight, and Alpina Partners, where significant contributions included M&A project leadership and financial modeling. Markus has also co-founded Free Little Birds GbR and worked in academic capacities, including as a tutor at WFI Ingolstadt School of Management and Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München. They hold a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and Taxation from WFI Ingolstadt and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München.
