Jay McDaniel

Jay McDaniel is an experienced creative professional currently serving as Content Manager at Contact Energy Ltd since June 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing social brand creative and strategy and managing media and creative agency partners. As Director at MOTHER Brands since April 2020, Jay focuses on elevating brands aimed at fostering a better future. In the role of Senior Creative at OMD New Zealand since September 2015, Jay leads creative initiatives for major clients such as McDonald's and Sky TV, while managing a team of designers and producers. Prior to these roles, Jay worked as a freelance Art Director and Motion Designer from 2009 to September 2015, collaborating with studios in Auckland and London on various creative projects. Jay holds two diplomas from Media Design School, showcasing expertise in Motion Graphics & Visual Effects and 3D Animation.
