Lucas Kirsch

Lucas Kirsch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and research management within the software industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Innovation and Team Lead at CONTACT Software since April 2015, Lucas established an independent research unit and oversees personnel planning and development. Previous roles at CONTACT Software include Product & Program Manager and Product Manager & Consultant, focusing on Requirements Management and Enterprise Application Interfaces. Additionally, Lucas is pursuing a PhD at the University of Kaiserslautern, researching AI in model-based product development processes. Prior to these roles, Lucas gained research experience at Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt e.V. and Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology IPK, while holding a Master of Science degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Technische Universität Berlin.
