Thomas Dickopf is a Senior Research Manager and MBSE Analyst at CONTACT Software since May 2018. Previously, Thomas worked as a research associate at the Lehrstuhl für Virtuelle Produktentwicklung from June 2013 to April 2018, focusing on Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE), cyber-physical systems, and system lifecycle management (SysLM). Earlier experience includes a diploma student role at Daimler AG in 2011-2012, where Thomas completed a thesis on the design of a cylinder head pre-assembly system using object-oriented modeling languages, as well as an internship in assembly system design.
