Sheena Desai

Sheena Desai has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sheena currently holds the position of Director of People Operations at SmartFinancial since April 2022. Before that, they worked at Altametrics for seven years, starting as a Senior Manager in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition from March 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Talent Manager from May 2017 to July 2020 and as a Corporate Recruiter from May 2015 to May 2017. Sheena also worked at Home Helpers Home Care as a Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator from June 2014 to April 2015. Their early career began at Bank of America, where they held the position of Senior Bank Teller from October 2011 to May 2014.

Sheena Desai completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Fullerton from 2003 to 2007. Sheena then pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. In 2019, Sheena attended Brandman University again and obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services.
