Giles Bryan

Giles Bryan is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as General Manager for Proactive AI Agent at NICE Ltd since June 2021, Giles previously founded and served as CEO of ContactEngine from 2009 to June 2021. Additional experience includes the role of Director at Nemisys, a digital agency for not-for-profits, and founding House Histories. Previous leadership roles involved founding and acting as Strategic Director at GFT Ltd, and working as an Offshore Yachtmaster with the Royal Yachting Association. Giles began the career as a Principal Consultant at MicroStrategy after completing an English degree at the University of Cambridge and graduating from Oundle School.
