Welcome to Strive! We are a team of BIPOC Counsellors that bring a diverse wealth of experience and training in various areas of therapy. Collectively, we specialize in Couples & Relationships, complex / acute trauma, youth, children and families, addiction, cultural concerns, anxiety, depression, career / school issues, and sports psychology. While we use different approaches, the core of our work relies on nurturing the therapeutic trust, and adopting a collaborative approach. Asking for help is a big step, and we're so glad that you're considering us along side you on this journey. Please reach out - we'd love to chat!
