Sergio Gil

Sergio Gil has a diverse background in software development. Sergio started their career as a Pasante Tesista at SIDOR in 2014, where they developed a web-based integrated desktop application using Java, Java Server Faces, PrimeFaces, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.

In 2015, they joined SofOS C.A. as a Desarrollador web, and their role continued until the present.

Sergio then worked at CDUK México S.C from 2017 to 2021 as a Full Stack Developer and Web Leader. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing client requirements and business objectives, providing strategic technology advice, managing development initiatives, collaborating with internal technical staff, and suggesting system improvements.

From 2021 to 2022, Sergio worked at Afore Coppel as an Arquitecto de Software.

Currently, they are working at Contalink as a Full Stack Developer since 2022.

Sergio Gil completed a Diploma in Gerencia y Auditoría de los Sistemas de Información at Universidad José Antonio Páez in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Ingeniería with a focus on Sistemas from Instituto Universitario Politécnico Santiago Mariño between 2010 and 2015. Additionally, Sergio has obtained various certifications including "React Native: Aplicaciones nativas para IOS y Android" from Udemy in April 2023, "Aprende SCRUM" from LinkedIn in February 2022, "Java: Programación orientada a objetos esencial" from LinkedIn in February 2022, "JavaScript: Programación orientada a objetos" from LinkedIn in February 2022, "SCRUM: Roles" from LinkedIn in February 2022, "Scrum avanzado" from LinkedIn in February 2022, and "Java: Estructuras básicas esencial" from LinkedIn in January 2022.
