Randall Ashbaugh

Randall Ashbaugh is an experienced IT Programmer/Analyst and consultant with a solid background in process improvement and lean methodologies. Currently, at Contec, Inc., Randall is responsible for Power BI reporting and supports IFS ERP and other IT systems. As the co-founder of Elite 1 Consulting LLC, Randall analyzes processes for improvements and trains employees in lean practices. Previous roles include Senior IT Systems Analyst at ZF Group, where Randall identified and resolved SAP issues, and Process Improvement Engineer at Wave Dynamics LLC, specializing in cost and delivery enhancements. Additionally, Randall has served as a Process Improvement Engineer at Profit Potential Inc., an Automation Engineer at L3 Technologies, a Design/Sales Engineer at RMT Corporation, and a Program Engineer at Faurecia. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Computer Science from Purdue Global and degrees in Automated Manufacturing Technology and Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute.
