Don Powell is an experienced sales manager with a strong background in the construction industry, currently serving as Regional Director of Sales at Contech Engineered Solutions since 2012. Previously, Don held various leadership roles at Choctaw Pipe / Hanson Pipe and Precast, including VP of Sales for the Southeast Area and Operations Manager. Don also served as Chief Engineer at Fogelman, Byrnes & Doggett and has managed significant civil engineering projects in earlier positions. Don earned a BSCE in Structural Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
