Mark Baker is currently the Area Director for Stormwater West at Contech Engineered Solutions. Previously, they held roles as a Stormwater Consultant and District Manager at the same company. Since 2004, Mark has also been a District Manager at CONTECH Construction Products and a Senior Stormwater Consultant there since 2015. Mark earned a BS/BA in Industrial Marketing from Youngstown State University between 1975 and 1979.
