Gopala Subramanium

Gopala Subramanium has over 15 years of experience in various financial roles. Gopala is currently the Group CFO and MD of Post Trade and Wealth Solutions at Contemi Solutions. In this role, they oversee finance, human resources, and operations, successfully managing two business units within the company.

Prior to Contemi Solutions, Gopala served as the Global Chief Financial Officer at Dion Global Solutions Ltd, where they supervised global financial operations and contributed to strategic development. Gopala also governed internal and external financial reporting and played a key role in implementing new financial regulations.

Before their time at Dion Global Solutions Ltd, Gopala worked at Religare Securities Ltd., where they held the positions of Head of Business Intelligence and Senior Vice President of Management Reporting. In these roles, they directed reporting and analysis efforts, managed accounting functions, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements.

Gopala's earlier experience includes working at Religare Enterprises Limited as the Vice President of Business Intelligence, where they led business planning and financial analysis for various sectors within the Religare group. Gopala also played a significant role in implementing Oracle Hyperion systems to enhance efficiency.

At Religare Securities Ltd., Gopala served as a Manager in Finance and Accounts, overseeing day-to-day accounting activities and ensuring financial statements' accuracy and compliance. Gopala also managed statutory and internal compliance matters to uphold regulatory requirements.

Throughout their career, Gopala Subramanium has demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and compliance.

Gopala Subramanium obtained an Executive MBA in Finance, General from SP Jain School of Global Management from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Chartered Accountant degree in Accountancy & Taxation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2001 to 2004. Gopala also graduated with a B.Com (H) degree in Graduation from the University of Calcutta from 1997 to 2000. Gopala Subramanium's earliest education was in Commerce, where they completed their Intermediate degree at De Nobili School from 1985 to 1997. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including the Senior Accredited Director certification from the Singapore Institute of Directors in 2024, the Google Ads Search Certification from the Google Digital Academy in February 2023, the Business Valuation certification from The Economic Times in 2022, and the IFRS Certification from Religare in 2008. Gopala also became a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors in 2023.
