Nickoli Roussakov

Nickoli Roussakov has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of technology and specifically in SDL Tridion implementation. Nickoli started their career in 2004 as an Associate Tech at Verizon, before joining Sapient where they worked as a Senior Associate and later as a Manager in the Technology department.

In 2008, Roussakov became an Architect/Team Lead at Enbridge Gas Distribution, where they successfully implemented a new system that resulted in a significant drop in calls and issues raised to the call center. Nickoli also worked as an IT Strategy Consultant during this time.

From 2009 to 2011, Roussakov served as a Technical Lead for SDL Tridion implementation at Sapient, specifically at Enbridge Gas Distribution. Nickoli managed a team and was responsible for the success of the Tridion implementation. Nickoli then joined Content Bloom in 2011, where they held multiple roles, including SDL Tridion Specialist at State Farm Insurance and SDL Tridion Technical Lead at Hewlett-Packard.

Roussakov continued their career at Content Bloom, working as an SDL Tridion Architect at The Weather Network and Reliant Energy. Nickoli also worked as an SDL Tridion Lead at Viking Cruises. Throughout their time at Content Bloom, they demonstrated their expertise in SDL Tridion implementation, collaborating with clients and successfully migrating existing websites into the CMS.

In 2013, Roussakov joined Content Bloom as Co-CEO, further showcasing their leadership and management skills in the technology industry.

Nickoli Roussakov obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Computer Science from Dalhousie University, attending from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they hold a certification as an SDL Tridion 2009 Certified Developer.
