Michael Siderides

Michael Siderides is currently serving as an Infrastructure Operations Engineer (level 2) at Content Guru, where responsibilities include managing hardware and software deployments and addressing customer faults in collaboration with engineering teams. Prior to this, Michael held roles at Netflix as an Operations Coordinator overseeing real-time operations for the Stranger Things Experience, and at Boots UK as a Customer Service Advisor managing inquiries. Additional experience includes a sales position at Tommy Hilfiger and a brief shadowing role in project management at IBM. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, along with A levels in Physics, Mathematics, and Music from Woodhouse College.
