Rohan B. is an Engineer at Content Guru since October 2022, specializing in Cloud Communications Solutions for contact centres and assisting customers with complex issues. Previously, Rohan held the role of Publicity Officer for the UCL Lightning Cheerleading Club, managing the website and social media during the Covid-19 pandemic. Experience also includes a Customer Service Assistant position at World Duty Free, where Rohan engaged with a diverse clientele, and participation in UCL’s Global Citizenship Programme to address Global Health issues. Rohan’s educational background includes a Msci & BSc in Natural Sciences with a focus on Physics and Inorganic and Materials Chemistry from UCL, as well as early foundational education at Upton Court Grammar School.
