Caroline Knetsch

Caroline Knetsch currently serves as Senior Manager of Global Revenue Operations at Contentful, having progressed from Manager of Sales Operations since September 2021. Prior to Contentful, Caroline held various roles at Housecall Pro for over five years, including Manager of Technical Operations, Product Manager, and Operations Analyst. Earlier experience includes a position at Showtime Events Centre as Front of House Staff, and internships at the Office of International Studies Abroad and Hickenlooper for Colorado, among others. Caroline began their career at FUNdamental Sports as a counselor and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego, earned in 2015.
