Caroline Lambie is an experienced Customer Success leader currently serving as Manager of Customer Success for EMEA at Contentful. Having previously held several roles at Sitecore, including Senior Manager of EMEA Customer Success, Caroline has developed a strong track record in supporting enterprise-level customers and driving customer satisfaction. In addition to managing extensive portfolios and overseeing seamless onboarding, they have been recognized with European and Global Customer Success Manager awards for exceptional leadership. Caroline co-founded Digital Unite and has held various positions focused on digital communication and customer relationships since the early 2000s. They are currently pursuing a BA Hon in History of Art at the Courtauld Institute of Art, U. of London.
