Mithila Fox

Mithila Fox is an experienced professional in product research and user experience, currently serving as the Director of Product Research at Contentful since February 2024, after a similar role at Stack Overflow from March 2019 to November 2023. Prior experience includes serving as UX Research Lead at Beamly, where Mithila led initiatives to incorporate consumer-centric methodologies in product development, and as UX Researcher & Designer at Stratajet, focusing on product management and stakeholder engagement. Freelance work in UX consulting spanned various projects in the APAC region, while earlier roles included teaching assistantship in Human-Computer Interaction and research assistantship in cognitive engineering at The University of Queensland. Mithila holds advanced degrees from Harvard University and The University of Queensland, including a Master of Liberal Arts in Information Technology and dual bachelor's degrees in Information Technology and Psychology.
